The two smallest male specimens, BNHS 6052 with no internal vocal slits and BNHS 6054 with very small internal vocal slits, had enlarged testes, well developed nuptial pads and enlarged forearms, indicating that males of this species begin reaching sexual maturity at around SVL 68.0–
