<paragraph id="8BD79006FFE6FFEAFD4FFC16F237BC2B" blockId="93.[714,1248,903,1666]" lastBlockId="94.[151,684,967,1090]" lastPageId="94" lastPageNumber="291" pageId="93" pageNumber="290">Rostre droit, assez grêle, légèrement redressé et natteignant pas tout à fait lextrémité du premier article du pédoncule antennulaire chez les mâles. Bord dorsal de la carapace comptant sept dents subégales (sans compter lextrémité du rostre découpé en deux dents: une dorsale et une ventrale). Trois de ces dents sont postrostrales, la première se situe aux 2/5 environ de la longueur de la carapace, la seconde aux 2/3 et la troisième juste en arrière de lorbite. Dents rostrales également serrées les unes contre les autres. Lobe infra-orbitaire se terminant en pointe aiguë. Bord dorsal du premier segment abdominal avec une dent longue et très aiguë, dirigée horizontalement vers lavant; bord dorsal du deuxième segment avec un denticule en forme dangle droit, précédé dun sillon transversal, large. Bord ventral du pleuron du quatrième segment abdominal arrondi, avec toutefois un contour tendant vers la ligne droite dans sa partie postérieure; bord postéroventral du pleuron du cinquième segment abdominal présentant une partie postérieure légèrement concave, se terminant du côté ventral par un denticule, souvent absent. Pétasma se carac- térisant par le processus distal externe des lobes ventrolatéraux fortement saillant et arrondi; processus distal externe des lobes dorsolatéraux orienté vers lavant. Thélycum inconnu.</paragraph>

Marbrures blanchâtres et brunâtres, à dominante claire. On remarque trois bandes transversales nettement plus sombres que le reste: lune, la plus large, part de la partie postérieure de la face dorsale de la carapace et sétend jusquau bord ventral, en laissant toutefois une zone blanche le long du bord postérieur de la zone branchiale; les deux autres, étroites, sétendent, lune sur le troisième segment abdominal à la limite de la partie toujours visible de ce segment et de la partie qui peut coulisser sous le deuxième segment, lautre le long du bord postérieur du sixième segment.

la partie coulissante du premier segment abdominal, on note deux larges taches brunes dorsales et, en arrière de chacune de ces taches, à la limite avec la partie toujours visible du segment, une tache violette. De telles taches violettes sobservent, dans les mêmes conditions, sur les deuxième et troisième segments. Le telson et les uropodes sont blancs, à lexception de quelques petites taches brunes essentiellement distales.
