Diagnosis. This new species is similar to

in facies and genitalia, but can be distinguished from it by having the body smaller, the uncus concave on the posterior margin medially, the sacculus without a distinct distal process, and the saccus shorter than the valva. In

Forewing pointed at apex; cilia grayish brown. Hindwing brown; cilia grayish brown. Legs yellowish white except tarsi ocherous brown distally. Abdomen dark grayish brown.

Gnathos broadly tongue-shaped, broad at base, narrowed to bluntly rounded apex, with strong scobinations distally. Valva moderate, basal portion slightly broader than distal portion, distal half setose; costa concave near base; apex rounded. Sacculus with base broad and projected dorsally, narrowed to about middle of valva; distal half conspicuously narrowed, not clearly separated from valva, extending to end of valva. Saccus elongate, about 2/3 as long as valva; broad at base, narrowed to rounded apex. Juxta moderate in size, longitudinally divided into two parts distally from middle, forming two irregularly triangular plates, pointed distally. Aedeagus as long as valva, straight, and parallel-sided from near base to near apex, distally pointed; cornutus a large, sclerotized thorn.
