The new taxon is very similar to

It differs by longer, relatively narrower tegmina with closest proximation of media to radius a little less close and widening of CuA1 CuA2 area sub-angular and more closely approached to media, longer hind femora and distinctly longer ovipositor. The female abdominal characters are similar to that of

Tegmen: Radius with two branches, both forked near tip; media anterior free from base; cubitus anterior at base with a single branch that forks into two veins, the anterior branch makes a curvature and receives an oblique connection vein from MA and shortly after divides again into two parallel branches, MP and CuA1, while the posterior branch (CuA2) does not divide further; cubitus posterior undivided, free throughout; with 4 anal veins, last two with common stem.

General color brown; vertex mostly black with margins brown; pronotum indistinctly mottled with lighter and darker flecks and some black spots; most abdominal tergites light with broad black hind margin; legs of general color. Face light-colored with indistinct pattern; dorsal area of fastigium verticis, scapus, pedicellus and a spot below compound eyes black. Tegmen semi-transparent, along margins whitish, along midline brownish; veins dark brown; hind wing semi-transparent whitish, veins dark brown.</paragraph>

Seventh abdominal sternite distinctly longer and narrower than preceding sternites with nearly parallel margins, at around beginning of apical third with transverse riffles, then suddenly strongly widened laterally and elevated forming an auricular structure open behind; apical margin between lobes concave. Subgenital plate roughly semi-circular but for greatest part membranous as seen by numerous transverse riffles; apical margin little bulging and sclerotised, interrupted in middle by a furrow (
