Description: This genus was found to be a separate clade within the tribe

. Its members share an ultra-elongate, thin shell, tapering anteriorly, with a narrow anterior margin. Posterior slope triangularly shaped, pointed at the end ventrally and posteriorly. Gonial ridge prominent. Umbo not prominent, with weak sculpture of waved, concentric ridges. Hinge plate narrow, with traces of lateral teeth.
