The new species is characterized by the forewing with a rectangular antemedian fascia and an inverted trapezoidal postmedian patch, in the male genitalia by the juxta with three lobes on the posterior margin and the elongate saccus with distal half slenderly clubbed, and in the female genitalia by the appendix bursae with 20 small plates.

. Head with frons and vertex shining white; occiput fer- rugineous red. Labial palpus cream white on inner surface, yellowish white on outer surface. Antenna with scape shining white, ochreous yellow on posterior margin; flagellum yellow except blackish brown in distal 1/3, yellow alternated with blackish brown on anterior margin. Thorax and tegula dark brown. Forewing dark brown, with two pale ochreous markings: antemedian fascia rectangular, from near base to basal 1/3, sinuate on outer margin; postmedian patch inverted trapezoidal, from costal margin between basal 3/7 and 3/4 slightly narrowed to dorsal margin; fringe dark brown. Hindwing greyish brown; fringe brown. Legs yellow dorsally, yellowish white ventrally; foreleg with tibia and tarsus blackish brown on outer surface; midleg with tibia with yellow bristles at middle and apex dorsally, tarsus blackish brown at apex; hindleg with tibia with long yellow bristles at apex, tarsus yellowish brown dorsally, with yellow bristles at apices of basal two tarsomeres, blackish brown at apex. Abdomen dark brown on dorsal surface, greyish white on ventral surface.

). Uncus sub-trapezoidal, narrowed from base to obtuse apex, with long setae laterally. Gnathos wide at base, gradually narrowed to apex, with a papillary process medioapically. Tegumen with height approximately twice length of uncus. Valva sub-rectangular, length twice of width, slightly concave at basal 2/3 on ventral margin, obtuse at apex; inner process slender, clubbed; costa concave at base; sacculus about 2/3 length of valva, banded, convex dorsomedially, concave ventromedially, apex pointed, not free from valva. Vinculum narrowly banded; saccus wide at base, narrowed to middle, thin clubbed in distal half, 2/3 length of uncus. Juxta slightly narrowed posteriorly, posterior margin with three papillary lobes, anterior margin sclerotized, pointed medially; anellar lobes elongate, thin clubbed in distal half, 1.5 times length of juxta. Aedeagus 1.5 times length of valva, uniform basally, tapered distally, with a sclerotized plate at basal 1/4; distal process slender, 1/5 length of aedeagus; cornutus absent.

Apophyses posteriores approximately 1.7 times length of apophyses anteriores. Eighth segment straight on posterior margin, with long setae; eighth tergite rectangular; eighth sternite triangularly produced anteromedially. Antrum cup-shaped. Ductus bursae almost uniform, 1.2 times length of corpus bursae. Corpus bursae rounded, with dense small granules; signum long, placed at middle, length approximately half maximum width of corpus bursae. Appendix bursae originating from transition of corpus bursae and ductus bursae, broad, with 20 small plates basally, each plate bearing one or more teeth; ductus seminalis narrowed distally.
