. Fur is silky and dense. Dorsal pelage is buff to cream buff (hairs brown with darker brown tip); venter is similar but a little paler. Bare parts of face, ears, and membranes are uniform brown, and membranes are semi-translucent. Ears are funnel-shaped, and fold extends from base ofear to halfway up posterior margin; tragus is long and pointed, with distinct basal notch, and curvesslightly outward at ip. Wings are attached at base oftoes, and calcar is well developed and curved. Skull is relatively flat compared with Hardwickes Woolly Bat (
