) was not associated with adults. It possesses some general features of

(mandible with long lacinia mandibulae, cranium with characteristic gular area) but it differs in having curved (cucujoid) frontal arms and in the absence of a median process between the urogomphi. The larva of

herein, I feel its true relationship lies with

. This issue should be re-examined, although not before an indisputable larva of Chilean

is found and/or reared.
