Body black. Costal cell of fore- and hindwing dark. Base of forewing membrane darkened, sometimes up to the medial

Pubescence on mesosoma silvery, denser laterally on scutum. Scutellum convex, with shallow medial impression. Metanotum markedly raised, tubercles indistinct.
