Female. Fore wing length 3.0 mm.

<paragraph id="8B9336F39D2EFFDC578C94BBFB63FD4B" blockId="53.[151,1437,261,1872]" pageId="53" pageNumber="54">Face medially 1.3 × as wide as high; face densely and roughly punctate, pustulate; eyes with very scarce short setae, dorsal ridge of face inbetween antennal sockets without a median prominence; face profile rounded, edge of clypeus rounded, antennal sockets on a shelf but shelf not particularly high (Hw/Fp = 6.1); subocular sulcus bent towards occiput; maxillary palp reaching beyond fore coxa. Frons and vertex strongly punctured. In dorsal view, head posteriorly moderately concave, temples distinct, about 0.25 × eye width, posterior ocellus separated from eye by 1.0 × ocellar diameter, anterior ocellus separated from eye by 1.8 × ocellar diameter, lacking ocellar-ocular grooves. Minimum distance between antennal sockets about 1/3 diameter of socket; antenna with 28 flagellomeres (n=2) which gradually shortening towards apex; basal flagellomere nearly 2.2 × as long as wide and about half of scape length; scape in frontal view a little concave on lateral surface, convex on inner surface.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8B9336F39D2EFFDC578C97F7FABEFCDB" blockId="53.[151,1437,261,1872]" pageId="53" pageNumber="54">Mesosoma smooth and polished except for few striae postero-ventrally on pronotum, with weak microsculpture on propodeum; mesoscutum strongly punctured, anteriorly with distinct notauli; in profile, scutellum not particularly high, metapleuron slightly convex; propodeum with posterior transverse carina complete, median longitudinal carinae complete, lateral longitudinal carinae present as a stubs posterior to spiracles, spiracles medium-sized.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8B9336F39D2EFFDC578C9647FC01FC48" blockId="53.[151,1437,261,1872]" pageId="53" pageNumber="54">Legs moderately stout; coxae and femora polished, femora with coriaceous microsculpture especially on posterior side, tibiae and tarsi coriaceous-granulate; hind coxa 1.1 × as long as first tergite, hind femur 3.2 × as long as high, hind tibia 4.7 × as long as apically wide; tibiae with spine-like setae.</paragraph>

Second tergite as long as apically wide; coriaceous; transverse groove originating at about middle of tergite, sloping posteriorly near posterior margin; basal thyridia oval/rectangular, contrastingly coloured, second thryridia oval, same colour as surrounding cuticle. Third tergite coriaceous except posterior margin. Remainder of metasoma unsculptured, polished, lacking thyridia. Ovipositor thin, straight, without dorsal notch; ovipositor sheath widened apically, with sparse setae.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8B9336F39D2EFFDC578C9010FE57FAF8" blockId="53.[151,1437,261,1872]" pageId="53" pageNumber="54">Body setose except eyes, pronotum, mesopleuron and metapleuron, setae very scattered on metasoma and posterior sides of coxae.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8B9336F39D2EFFDC578C90A8FE6EF9AB" blockId="53.[151,1437,261,1872]" pageId="53" pageNumber="54">Dark brown; face yellowish, slightly infuscate dorso-medially; mouthparts, malar area up to level of ventral edge of eye, clypeus and inner orbits light yellow; antenna, fore and mid legs, propleuron, pronotum in dorsoposterior corners and ventrally, tegula yellowish brown; hind legs mostly orange except coxa brown dorsally, tibia fuscous dorsal surface and apically, with yellowish basal band; posterior margins of second and third tergites and remaining tergites brown.</paragraph>
