Males have stout parameres with each half bearing an apical, hyaline pointed projection that is adpressed to the ventral surface and anteriorly directed, and their aedeagal sclerites are divided, sinuous, heavily sclerotized with a hyaline L-shaped mesolateral lobe bearing a foot-shaped distolateral projection that is apically pointed.
