The two NH specimens were captured in May on wet rocks at the base of a waterfall. In

specimens were collected from gravel bars along shaded brooks in a northern hardwood forest (common), in a boreal forest (white spruce, black spruce, balsam fir), in a mature mixed forest, and in an alder swamp in debris on muddy soil near a brook flowing into a river; in BC found in pitfall traps in a clearcut and in the transition zone of a Sitka spruce forest (
