This species can be distinguished from others by the following combination of characters. Frons smooth or smooth, very weakly coriaceous next to eyes. Vertex weakly transversely strigate-smooth. Temple broad. Pedicel complete yellow. Flagellomeres yellow-honey yellow before annuli. Mesopleuron weakly porcate smooth or smooth-weakly coriaceous-weakly rugose medially and ventrally. Second and third metasomal tergum smooth.
