. Body elongate, claviform, with thick muscular wall. Head and tail papillae absent. Anterior end of oesophagus bulbous, strongly muscular; posterior portion longer and cylindrical, with small oesophageal gland at about its middle. Intestine voluminous anteriorly. Ovaries amphidelphic. Uterus extends most of body length, distended with eggs, anteriorly especially. Vulva and vagina atrophied or absent. Viviparous. Males unknown. Parasites of fishes.
