A small snake, SVL

. It can be identified by having snout blunt, typically with 6 supralabials; nasal contacting preoculars; temporals absent; ventrals 200231, subcaudals 2333. Dorsum pale red with a dark brown vertebral line and lateral streaks. Head dark brown with a cream spot on snout and fourth supralabial. A white nuchal collar 13 dorsals long; terminal scales on tail black with a cream tip. Venter yellow. There are no similar species in adjacent localities (
