UNITED STATES: ARIZONA: Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai. CALIFORNIA: Riverside, San Bernardino. COLORADO: Douglas, La Plata. MONTANA: Powder River.
