This species is distinguished from all other species of

by the following combination of characters: 1) elytral margins subparallel, greatest width &lt;1.5 × humeral angle width, 2) large, deep elytron punctation, 34 punctures between suture and costa I medially, 3) elytron punctation diameter subequal medially and basally, and 4) pronotum with moderate, deep punctation. This species most closely resembles
