This is a relatively uniform species varying slightly in scale color, from gray maculate with white to brown maculate with tan. Occasionally, the patterns of scale color form fasciae, especially at the declivity of the elytra. The elytral intervals are flat to weakly convex and the declivity at times has weakly swollen evident tubercles. The size of the body ranges from
