These tiny treefrogs range in dorsal coloration from cream to greenish to maroon with tiny black flecks. They usually have a darker triangular marking be- tween the eyes with the apex pointing posteriorly. There

Large choruses of this species inhabit a pond in a pasture near secondary forest. Specimens have also been found in primary forest and along the edge of secondary forest.
