Vertex yellow. Frons, labrum, and clypeus shiny and dark brown to black. Male antenna as long as forewing and curved in S-shape in first bend, at second bend strongly toothed on inner surface. Female antenna straight and reaching to pterostigma. Yellow strip present only on mesothorax in lateral view. Apices of wings pointed, slightly concave below tip. Legs black. Male ectoproct with long and thick processus bending downwards and inwards, caudal part obtuse with short and strong bristles, extending well beyond sternite
