Length, male 3.6–3.8 mm.

Ground color yellow. Vertex yellow to yellowish brown, coronal suture brownish. Eyes brown, circles aound ocelli ivory or brownish. Face, forewing, abdomen and legs yellow. Pronotum mostly yellow to brownish, with irregular patches along arc of anterior margin. Centre of scutellum anteriorly and caudad of scutoscutellar sulcus with yellow patch, respectively, at each side of lateral margins with a relatively small patch, scutoscutellar sulcus brown (
