Head: Face black integument, white pollinose, long sliver hair. Mystax long, black, intermingled with a few short white hairs. Long, thick silver/white parafacial hair. Orbital hair long, black. Proboscis tapered to a blunt apex on apical 1/3 (fig 26). Long black postocular hair intermingled with some yellow hair. Ocellar tubercle with 2 strong black dorsal bristles, 4 shorter, finer bristles on margins. Antenna black with black hair; relative lengths of segments: 3&gt;2&gt;1; postpedicel (segment 3) more than 3 times the length of segment 1; postpedicel w a posterior apical pit. Facial bristles black, long, extending into mystax. Thorax: Scutum pale blue/black covered in dense short, fine yellow and black hair; yellow on medial and posterior surfaces. Postpronotal hair black. Chaetotaxy with: 2 notopleural, 5 supraalar, 4 postalar bristles, all black. Long, fine black dorsocentral hair erect above shorter yellow hair. Discal scutellar hair, short, yellow, appressed, similar to that on posterior of scutum. Scutellar margin with long black bristles confined to outer margin. Lateral aspect of thorax black with gray pollen. Anepisternum with sparse, long, fine black hair; 2 strong black posterior bristles. Katatergal bristles long, all black. Anatergite bare black. Legs: Entirely black with strong black bristles, white and black hair; hind tibia curved. Wings: Tinged black/brown, strongest surrounding veins. Abdomen: Black integument with short, sparse gold hair. Tergite 2 with strong lateral gold hair and bristles. Tergites 47 with stronger, medial gold hair; tergites 13 without medial hair. Male: Unknown.
