Medium sized spiders. Male chelicerae are usually elongate or enlarged with modifications such as projections on the front and/or ectal surface. Endites are usually enlarged distally. Chelicera usually has a fissident retromarginal tooth with more than two cusps or a unident retromarginal tooth (e.g.
