For best results, we recommend checking the characters on several specimens from each collection or nest series when using this key. To increase the usability, we highlight the morphological characters used in this key by pointing arrows to the respective characters in one representative figure per couplet; the highlighted character can be seen in figures marked with bold font, underlining, in square brackets (e.g.: in couplet (1) see figure [
