), fore wings pale; abdominal tergites IIVIII antecostal ridges dark brown complete across segment; sternites IVVII pale. Antennae with sense cones on III and IV short, not reaching more than one-third the length of succeeding segment. Head about 1.7x wider than long, postocular and ocellar region closely striate. Pronotum about 1.8x wider than long, with closely spaced striae with tiny internal markings, 4 pairs of posteromarginal setae, second pair longer; Metanotum transversely reticulate anteriorly, longitudinal reticulation posteriorly and irregular striation laterally. Fore wing first vein with 4+3 setae on basal half, 1+1+1 on distal half. Abdominal tergites without rows of microtrichia anteromedially (
