The only specimen is damaged with most of telson lost. However, the characteristic up-curved and short rostrum, armature on the rostrum, as well as other characters such as the orbital margin being strongly convex, fourth and fifth abdominal pleura bearing posteroventral tooth, eye without ocellus, third pereiopod with combined lengths of three distal segments exceeding carapace length and the dactylus almost as long as half propodus, agree well with the definition of
