Recognized by the largest size among congeners (so far as known), blackish brown basic coloration, dense vestiture on dorsum, terete antenna with the claviform segments IIIV, a median ear-like protuberance of the ostiolar peritreme, a clear whitish fascia across clavus and corium, elongate right paramere, long, curved apical spine of the endosoma, and toughened female bursa copulatrix; by these diagnostic characters this new species can be easily distinguished from other congeners.
