Antennal scape and pedicel yellowish, flagellum brown except first flagellomere yellowish basally. Wing with brownish tinge; Rs short, nearly right-angled at joint with r-m, R1+2 represented by a basal spur, paralleled with Sc2. Tergite 9 medially with a deep V-shaped incision. Lobe of gonostylus rod-like and narrowed at middle; beak of clasper of gonostylus pointed and bent downwards, basally expanded.

). Rostrum short, obscure yellow, with long obscure yellow nasus. Vertex brown. Occiput brown. Orbit yellowish. Hairs on head brown. Antenna 2.5 mm long; scape and pedicel yellowish; flagellum cylindrical, brown, with first flagellomere yellowish basally, terminal flagellomere very short. Flagellum bare except first flagellomere dorsally with hairs. Labellum brown; palpus yellowish brown.

). General color obscure yellow. Pronotum obscure yellow; mesonotal prescutum light brown with four brownish yellow stripes, middle pair separated by a fine brown capillary, lateral border of prescutum yellow; scutum light brown, either lobe with brownish yellow stripe; scutellum light brown with middle slightly brownish yellow; mediotergite light brown with posterior margin brownish yellow. Pleura obscure yellow, anepisternum infuscate, katepisternum slightly infuscated. Legs are lacking. Coxae obscure yellow; trochanters yellow. Wing (

) with brownish tinge, wing tip more brownish, cells c and sc infuscated. Stigma yellowish brown, with white spots on both sides. Rs, r-m and Cu margined with yellowish brown. Sc1 absent, Rs short, straight before joint with r-m and nearly right-angled at joint, R1+2 represented by a basal spur, parallel to Sc2, r-m arcuate, as long as Rs, entering Rs at about 1/3 length before fork of Rs. Cell dm nearly pointed at out end, with m-m very short. Halter long, with stem obscure yellow, knob brownish yellow.
