Forewings 2.0 times longer than wide, length: male 4.6–5.0 mm (mean = 4.8, n= 5), female about

. Colour stramineous to light brown. Forewings glassy, faintly yellowish near margins, middle hyaline; the basal sections of Cu1, M, Ms1a, Ms1b, Ms2, and Ms3 lined with narrow bands of infuscation; seven brown-black round marks near hind margin, six of them arranged in pairs; veins stramineous to brown. Hindwings colourless. Facial carinae contiguous at their bases; rostrum slightly surpassing hind coxae; subantennal processes and lateral carinae of pronotum well developed. Forewings with apical section of Sc nearly straight; Sc+R fork before middle of wings; Ms1 branched at its basal quarter, Ms1b angulated at junction with apical cross-vein with Cu1; a small trapezoid cell at base of Ms1. Male genitalia with pygofer narrow. Genital styles widening towards the end. Aedeagus with stem elongated, slightly widening before apical part; apical part flat, on the right side an elongated lobe, not reaching the tip.
