Female. Length, 8.5 mm. Black; legs white with coxae, apical tarsomere of fore and midlegs, midfemur except white at base, apical third of hind femur, and apical three-fourths of hind tibia and entire hind tarsus black. Wings lightly, uniformly infuscated; veins and stigma black. Head: Vertex and frons shiny with irregular ridges between ocelli and eye; covered with fine white hairs. Antennal length about 1.5 × head width, slightly widened toward apex, antennomeres 37 with very short stublike rami, each broader at apex than at base; antennomeres 57 each about 2 × longer than broad; antennomeres 3 and 4 subequal in length. Malar space half to three-fourths diameter of front ocellus. Thorax:
