is known from two locations in the Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia (Fig.

). Specimens have been collected in buried pipe traps and from underneath embedded rocks, which suggest this species is hypogean. Adults collected May-Sep. Larvae collected Aug-Sep in the same trap as adults.
