Overall color yellow; frontal triangle yellow, shining, extending to anterior margin of frons, with straight to slightly convex margins; ocellar tubercle brown, shining; frons yellow, as long as wide; cephalic setae pale, fronto-orbital setae well-developed; gena pale yellow, microtomentose, 0.1 times eye height; postgena slender, yellow and microtomentose; face yellow; scape and pedicel yellow, first flagellomere reniform, yellow, arista brown, slender, pubescence twice as long as width of arista at base; palpus, proboscis and clypeus yellow.

<paragraph id="8BDF36A5FF8F0A74FF5DFE53FF2DFC8F" blockId="5.[151,1437,263,1256]" pageId="5" pageNumber="31">Scutum yellow, shining to sparsely microtomentose, punctate, microtomentose just anterior to scutellum, slightly longer than wide, pronotum brown at insertion of head; scutellum yellow, 2 times as wide as long, rugose, apical scutellar bristles strong, on small brown tubercles on dorsal margin of scutellum, lateral scutellar bristles longer than surrounding setae; thoracic pleurites mostly shining yellow; dorsal margin of anepimeron and lateral region of postscutellum shining to slightly microtomentose. Legs yellow; hind tibial spur apical, 0.75 times length of first tarsomere; femoral organ 2 rows of 3 small tubercles; tibial organ oval, yellow, 0.15 times length of tibia. Wing hyaline, ratio of costal sectors C1: C2: C3: C4 1: 1.4: 1.6: 0.7; halter white.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8BDF36A5FF8F0A74FF5DFC86FD3AFCF1" blockId="5.[151,1437,263,1256]" pageId="5" pageNumber="31">Abdomen yellow, microtomentose, anteromedial portion of syntergite 1+2 same color as rest of tergites; syntergite 1+2 as long as tergites 3 and 4 combined.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8BDF36A5FF8F0A74FF5DFCD1FED0FBB0" blockId="5.[151,1437,263,1256]" pageId="5" pageNumber="31">Male postabdomen (Figs. 1011): epandrium higher than long in lateral view, wider than high in posterior view, with sparse setae; surstylus short, wide, parallel sided with broadly rounded apex, surstylus with sparse short setae; cercus narrow, long, triangular, ventral projection large and rounded, cercus with sparse setae and one long posteroventral bristle, cerci separated by a wider than high ventral excavation; distiphallus weakly sclerotized.</paragraph>
