Scutellum gross, bis fast zum Vorderrand fein punktiert und kurz hell tomentiert. Elytren kurz, an der Naht viel kürzer als das Pronotum (ENL:PL 0,66-0,72) und zusammen etwas breiter als an den Schultern lang (EBr:ESL 1,05-1,14). Oberfläche der Elytren relativ dicht punktiert und mit feinem, hellen, ca. 70 µm langem Toment versehen. Abdomen gestreckt, Oberfläche der Tergite sehr fein punktiert und mit dichtem kurzen Toment versehen (auf der Mitte der Tergite II-V von ca. 30 µm Länge). Hautflügel voll entwickelt, Tergit VII am Hinterrand mit deutlichem Hautsaum (palisade fringe).
