). The male labeled as

(designation apparently unpublished) shares with Pizas male the yellowish pattern on the abdominal tergites, and also the cerci are very similar. For a phanteropterine tettigoniid with well-developed wings, which facilitate dispersal, the geographical records in

should be close enough, assuming that the ones from the latter two countries refer to lower elevations in the eastern Andean foothills of Potosí department and Jujuy province.
