Ocellar triangle shiny, occupying almost the entire frons, without longitudinal sulcus, convex on the apical edges; gena linear, yellow; palpus yellow; postpedicel reniform, 1.3 times longer than high, brown dorsally; arista brown, about as long as ocellar triangle, with short and scarce pilosity; only the short ocellar and postocellar setae distinct.

Scutum glossy brown with the posterior margin with grey pruinosity, longitudinal stripes black; scutellum slightly pruinose, with long and approximated apical scutellar setae; 1+1 notopleural setae; halter with dark stem and white knob; pleuron glossy brown, slightly pruinose posteriorly. Legs yellow; tibial organ concolorous with tibia. Wing with second and third costal sectors equal in length; R4+5 and M1 subparallel; dm-m cell narrow; anal lobe reduced.
