Pronotum gut so lang wie breit, fast unpunktiert (wenige flache Punkte in der Nähe des Vorderrandes). Elytren nur mit wenigen Punkten: 2, 1/1, 1; 3, 0/0, 3.</paragraph>

nicht infrage, u. a. wegen der Elytrenpunktierung; beiden Gruppen kann die neue Art überdies auch wegen des Baues ihres Aedoeagus nicht zugeordnet werden. Sie gehört in die vielgestaltige
<emphasis id="B905EAEB3CF3B7F7FC2CFC1C707BFC00" box="[978,1076,941,962]" italics="true" pageId="184" pageNumber="797">punctatus</emphasis>
- Gruppe und steht hier gestaltlich isoliert.
