The NHM type lot was collected by Mr. Fortune and is from
<normalizedToken originalValue="Cumings">Cuming's</normalizedToken>
collection as stated in the original description. It has an original label in
<normalizedToken originalValue="Pfeiffers">Pfeiffer's</normalizedToken>
handwriting giving the species name and collection locality. The specimen that most closely matches measurements given in the original description is here designated as the lectotype.
