tibia in male enlarged slightly, with one white hair pencil at base. Forewing length 10.511.0 mm, oblong; costa arched basally, apex blunt, termen oblique; markings blackish fuscous, suffused with ocherous; costal strigulae white, striae from them leaden; basal fascia very narrow; strigulae one and two extending to base of dorsum; subbasal fascia a little broad, extending from 1/5 length of costa to 1/4 length of dorsum, proximal edge concaved gently, distal edge protruding, forming an angle between midlength of Sc and 1/3 length of fold, concaved between fold and dorsum; strigulae three and four extending to 1/3 length of dorsum, striae from them dark leaden below cell, stria from stirgula four protruding, forming a sharp angle on cell and confluent with that from strigula five on upper angle of cell; median fascia interfered by stria from strigula four and divided into two parts, a quadrate blotch between costa and distal 1/3 length of upper edge of cell, and an irregular shaped patch between distal part of cell and fold, lower edge on fold between midlength and 3/4 length, distal edge reaching 1/5 length of M1, with a white dot inside outer edge of cell; stria of strigula five reaching midlength of dorsum via base of R5, midlength of M3 and CuA2, and 2/3 length of 1A+2A; strigula six interfered by postmedian fascia below costa, broadened posteriorly and reaching tornus; postmedian fascia including two parts, upper part between costa and median part of R5, more or less inverted triangular, upper edge between distal 1/4 lengths of R2 and R4, lower part below 2/3 length of R5, oblique rectangular, distal edge extending from termen between M1 and M2 to the distal part of CuA1; stria from strigula seven short; striae from eight and nine confluent at distal part of R4, then extending obliquely to termen between M1 and M2; preterminal fascia expressed by a deep fuscous line; terminal fascia slightly long, extending to termen between M1 and M2; cilia pale yellow, with deep fuscous baseline; underside pale yellowish fuscous, distal seven pairs of strigulae dark creamy, area of hindwing overlap white. Hindwing upperside pale fuscous except costal area of forewing overlap white; cubital pecten and anal fold present; cilia along termen and dorsum grayish white, white on anal margin; underside pale fuscous.
