An image of the

(NHMW) was examined. The species is transferred to

because of the following characteristics: most of body covered with dense pubescence and very abundant minute punctures; elytral disc with confused interstrial punctures; pronotum and elytra rounded, with no conspicuous edges or carinas; visible scutellum; contiguous procoxae; and lack of mycangial tufts.
