Etymology.—The name is a combination of

(L. sigillatum, adorned with little figures or marks) in reference to the piceous markings of the pronotum.

Upper pygofer lobe welldeveloped, flattened, approximate isosceles triangle bent mediad so tips almost meeting at midline, pygofer basal lobes short but broad, posteromedial margin smoothly curved, angled medially, radiating long golden pile from posteromedial margin. Anal styles piceous radiating short golden pile, anal tube testaceous. Claspers roughly square, extending to meet medially under aedeagus, anteromedial corner bent laterad and terminating in a semicircular extension, claspers covered with long golden pile. Aedeagus large, tubular with expanding terminus with multiple spine-like appendages, castaneous with ochraceous distal membrane, restrained by claspers.</paragraph>
