Yellow, slightly wider than thorax, broader than long in dorsal view, higher than wide in lateral view; frontal triangle pale brown, margins at most gently curved, reaching anterior margin of frons; occiput dark, bare; gena and postgena with same width, about 0.33 eye height; eye rounded, long axis diagonal; clypeus yellow; labella yellow; palpus yellow. First flagellomere dark yellow, with brownish areas on distal margin; arista light brown. One row of interfrontals external to frontal triangle; postocellars convergent; inner and outer verticals well–developed; one row of setulae at lower margin of gena, without a distinct vibrissa.

). Scutum almost twice as long as broad, mainly yellowish, with five dark brown stripes, with dark pilosity; scutellum yellow. Pleura yellowish, post–pronotum with a small orange marking, with two bristles. Brownish, elongated markings on anepisternum and notopleura, a dark brown marking on ventral margin of katepisternum. Halter whith yellow stem, pale yellow knob. Legs dark yellow, light brownish on mid and hind femora and tibiae, tibial organ pale yellow.
