Colouration. Yellow or orange. Coronal suture and a longitudinal submedian stripe on either side of the former, as well as dorsal margin of antennal insertion dark. Antennal segments 47 or 48 brown basally, almost black apically. Thoracic dorsum with brown pattern consisting of spots and longitudinal lines. Younger specimens with less extended dark colour.

Paramere, in profile, lamellar, weakly curved, irregularly narrowing to apex; outer face with long, evenly spaced hairs; apex strongly sclerotised, forming an inward directed ridge; inner face with long setae which are thicker along fore margin in apical quarter. Distal portion of aedeagus inflated in apical third; apex hook-shaped. Female proctiger 0.8 times as long as head width, dorsal outline almost straight, apical process not inflated; circumanal ring 0.3 times as long as proctiger.
