. body and legs largely yellow, but bicoloured with head and abdominal segments VI–X dark brown. Head wider than long, strongly projecting in front of eyes; ocelli absent, one pair of large ocellar setae; three pairs of postocular; mouth-cone pointed, reaching middle of pronotum; maxillary palps 2-segmented; compound eyes without pigmented ommatidia. Antennae 8-segmented, segment I with paired dorso-apical setae, segment II with CPS near apical margin, without any rows of microtrichia on both sides, segments III and IV each with a simple sense cone, surfaces without microtrichia. Pronotum trapezoidal, wider at posterior margin, smooth surface with about 4–6 small discal setae; anterior margin without long setae; posterior margin with one pair of long posteroangular setae and three pairs of posteromarginal setae (
