Setulae and setae on head black, except middle and lower postoculars (including posteroventral setulae) pale yellow; ocellar tubercle distinct, with 2 long oc and 2 very short posterior setulae; 1 long strong vt nearly as long as oc. Antenna black; first flagellomere nearly semicircular in lateral view, slightly wider than long; arista nearly upper apical, black, bare, shorter than head width. Proboscis dark yellow, with short blackish setulae; palpus yellow with blackish setulae and 2 black apical setae.</paragraph>

Thorax bright metallic green with thin pale grey pollen. Setulae and setae on thorax black; 1 long, paired acr; 2 long posterior dc, 34 short setulae anteriad. 1 ih, 1 ph, 2 npl, 1 sa, 1 psa; scutellum with pair of long apical sc, basal sc absent. Legs yellow except mid and hind coxae black, tarsi brown to dark brown from extreme tip of tarsomere 1 onward. Setulae and setae on legs black, except on coxae pale yellow. Fore coxa with 3 setae apically; mid coxa with 2 setae apically; hind coxa with 1 exterior seta at base. Fore femur without distinct ventral setae. Fore tibia without distinct setae, but with 5 long brown posterior setulae apically. Mid tibia with 1 short ad and 1 short pd at base; apically with 2 setae.

tarsomere 1 with 1 ventral seta at extreme base. All tarsomere 5 shortened and slightly thickened; hind tarsomeres 34 distinctly thickened and laterally flattened. Relative length ratio of tibiae and tarsomeres: LI 3.3: 0.75: 0.4: 0.35: 0.2: 0.15; LII 3.5: 2.05: 0.6: 0.45: 0.25: 0.15; LIII 4.3: 1.6: 0 65: 0.3: 0.3: 0.15. Wing hyaline with anal lobe distinct; veins dark brown. Vein M1 gently curved basally and bow-shaped, vein M2 reduced with weak base; crossvein m-cu straight. Squama dark yellow with dark brown margin bearing black setulae. Halter dark brown.

). Epandrium somewhat trapezoid in lateral view, slightly longer than wide, and with convex apical margin. Surstylus short, thick, bifurcate; dorsal arm short, wide; ventral arm long, narrow. Epandrial lobe short finger-like with 1 short subapical seta and 1 very long apical seta. Cercus long whip-like, basally relatively thick and strongly curved. Hypandrium apically thin and acute in lateral view, with long lateral arm. Phallus long, curved in lateral view.
