is a small yellowishbrown to dark brown scorpion with darker mottling on the carapace, legs, tergites, and metasoma. The anterior margin of carapace slightly emarginate and carapace and tergites are smooth to finely granular. Stahnke (1940) incorrectly stated that the carapace is longer than the fifth metasomal segment.
