: Used as a digestive and aphrodisiac.

|

: A paste made from the seeds used around the eyes to treat eye disorders. The paste taken with a liquid such as yogurt for seven days is used to treat chronic diarrhea. Taken with milk, it is used to treat gonorrhea. Paste made with distilled water can be taken to control excessive urination. A small amount of seed ash together with sugar is used for hemorrhoids.
