). The stream is 2-3 m in width and 0.3-0.5 m in depth. The stream bed consists of rocks interspersed with gravel and sands patches. The bank was covered with aquatic vegetation. The shrimps live among rocks and marginal vegetation. The stream water was fast flowing and the temperature was 26 °C, pH was 6.4, and dissolved oxygen concentrations was 7.8 mg/1.
