Head oblong-quadrate, emarginate behind; eyes large, black and ovate; only two distinct ocelli. Thorax oblong, widest in front, flattened above or very slightly convex, the lateral edges acute; the prothorax narrowed to the mesothorax, the latter and the metathorax forming an elongated oval above. Abdomen: the first node of the peduncle of a clavate form, the second semiglobular, the abdomen acute at the apex.</paragraph>
