The protologue lists the collection year as 1928, however 1926 appears to be the correct date. While the label affixed to the holotype does list the collection date as "14 May 1928", this appears to be a transcription error. The handwritten slip attached to the holotype, presumably filled out by the collector Brass, gives the date as
