Rostrum rounded. Pereonites lacking anterolateral apophyses. Pleotelson as long as broad. Inner flagellum of antennule with three articles. Third peduncle article of antenna not spinulate. Mandibular palp terminally with short spiniform seta. Fixed finger of cheliped less than one half the length of dactylus. Female chela with less than 10 short spiniform setae on dactylus cutting edge.
